IN-BUILT RENTAL PACKAGE
An in-house Management Company will deal with all aspects of running the hotel; marketing, collaborating with travel agencies and general hotel management. The Management Company will use the suites to accommodate guests of the hotel whilst unoccupied by the owner, thus generating income.

50% of the income from the rental of the suite will be paid to the owner annually. See ‘Estimated Rental Income” detailed in the downloadable brochure. A guaranteed minimal income of 5% of the purchase price for the first 3 years is on offer with the rental package, however it is expected that the income will be over 3 times this.

The rental package sets aside 52 days a year for personal use (excluding 15th July-30th August), however this will be negotiable allowing purchasers freedom to use their property for rental income or personal use, according to individual requirements. Any change to the 52 days allotted for personal use, will in turn of course affect rental income.

The suites will be booked on a rotary system, excluding desired times for the owner’s stay, ensuring a fair distribution of income. This is a low maintenance investment with high anticipated returns.
